These terms define how you may and can use our website and our services, including sales for Dyson Hair Care. And if you do not accept any of the terms aforementioned, then you may not use our services.
All use and purchase of any of our websites is only allowed to individuals who are over 18 years old. At the time of using our services, the users acknowledge that they are more than 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Product Information
The picture and descriptive word for every product. Screens and manufacturing lines all depict colours differently; so do sizes, so do types of materials, therefore description images. Always in stock products; no notifications are done.
Pricing Terms and Payment
Quotations for Prices will remain in USD ($), all VAT, and are not applied when available. In using Hairz With payment, our platform supports payments by Paypal, Visa, Discover, AMEX, JBC, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We may change prices at any time without notice.
Order Process
After your order placement, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is accepted. All your orders will be processed within 1-2 business days however, we will cancel any order if its stock availability is concerned or due to any price error or other payment reasons. In case of canceled orders, we will contact you. Any amount paid by you will be returned.
Shipping
Free shipping with the standard delivery by FadEx to addresses in the United States. Shipping times for 5-7 working days. We may also pass on the charges applicable for expedited shipping. We shall not be held liable in case of courier or customs delays.
Return Policy
We will accept return and exchange within 30 days after delivery if the item is in the condition in which it was purchased and packaged. The cost of any returned shipping will be paid by the buyer unless there was an error in the shipped order or item. A credit will be issued on orders within 10-14 business days from the date our company received the return of the product.
Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks and other related rights in and to the website, whether registered or unregistered, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Hairz or their respective content providers. Such information shall not be reproduced wholly or in part without prior permission.
Conduct of Users
You may not abuse our website for:

We aim to deliver standard USA orders within 5 to 7 business days, while priority USA delivery orders arrive the next working day. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, and those placed before 5 PM (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number, and FedEx will send updates via email and SMS.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email info@hairz.us within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, cancellations and modifications cannot be accepted. Our primary shipping partner is FedEx, though we occasionally use UPS for deliveries.
Hairz offers a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact info@hairz.us, and we will provide a prepaid FedEx return label. Returns are free of charge. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Certain items, such as undergarments and final sale products, are non-returnable. If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request, and we will accommodate it if stock is available.
