We aim to deliver standard USA delivery orders in 5 to 7 business days and priority USA delivery orders the next working day.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of placing the order.
Orders placed before 5: 00 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Although there is no guarantee, we will try to ship as soon as possible.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
USA order tracking is provided. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package using the FedEx tracking service. FedEx will send you tracking updates via email and SMS.
ORDERING MONDAY TO FRIDAY?
Your items will be sent on the same day, as long as you order before 5 pm.

For cancellations of your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, cancellation requests can’t be accepted.
For any modifications to your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes due to change of mind cannot be accommodated or accepted for return.

– All orders will be debited in the currency in which the order is placed.

EXTRA DELIVERY INFORMATION
Any extra delivery information given during the checkout process will be included on the delivery address label, however, we are unable to guarantee that the delivery person will always follow these instructions.
DELIVERY COMPANY
The majority of our parcels are sent by FedEx. We have used FedEx for many years now and find them extremely reliable. Please note that we occasionally send parcels with UPS too. UPS is an extremely reputable company and the largest express carrier and package delivery company in the world.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number, and FedEx will send updates via email and SMS.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email info@hairz.us within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, cancellations and modifications cannot be accepted. Our primary shipping partner is FedEx, though we occasionally use UPS for deliveries.
Hairz offers a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact info@hairz.us, and we will provide a prepaid FedEx return label. Returns are free of charge. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Certain items, such as undergarments and final sale products, are non-returnable. If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request, and we will accommodate it if stock is available.
