Order Information
Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us at info@hairz.us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed.
Modifications are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes due to a change of mind cannot be accommodated or accepted for return.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, along with a link to track your shipment using FedEx’s tracking service. FedEx also provides updates via email and SMS.
If we need to cancel due to payment issues or suspected fraud, you’ll be notified by email, and we’ll issue a full refund.

We aim to deliver standard USA orders within 5 to 7 business days, while priority USA delivery orders arrive the next working day. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, and those placed before 5 PM (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number, and FedEx will send updates via email and SMS.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email info@hairz.us within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, cancellations and modifications cannot be accepted. Our primary shipping partner is FedEx, though we occasionally use UPS for deliveries.
Hairz offers a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact info@hairz.us, and we will provide a prepaid FedEx return label. Returns are free of charge. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Certain items, such as undergarments and final sale products, are non-returnable. If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request, and we will accommodate it if stock is available.
