  • Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping via FedEx, ensuring your item is safely returned to us.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at info@hairz.us with your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable, such as for damaged items).
  2. Our team will provide detailed instructions and a pre-paid FedEx return label.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund.
Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

  • Refund Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed, along with details of when to expect your refund.
